Small Pleasures is a heavy post-punk duo from Victoria, Canada.
The band is a fusion between Viny (bass, vocals) originally from France and Canadian born Nevada Brown (drums, synth, vocals). Their sound blends fuzzed out bass backed by hefty drums and live
triggered synths mixed with duo vocals. Created in 2023, their discography includes the LP “Songs For Lovers” (2025), EPs “Limits” (2024) and “Small Pleasures”(2023).
A sophomore album recorded by Colin Stewart at The Hive will be released early 2027. Since its creation, the duo toured Japan, played France (a few times), Germany, Austria, as well as multiple shows and festivals across Canada. In November 2026, Viny & Nevada are heading back overseas to do their first UK tour.
Small Pleasures offers a full sound experience live that will make you doubt that they are only a two-piece!
